Expeller with Kettle

Features:

• Suitable for extracting oil from Groundnut Kernels, Sesame, Sunflower, Mustard, Rap seed, Castor seed, Cotton Seed, Soya Seed, Corn Germ, Coconut, etc.
• In place of a Decorticator, a suitable nut cracker (for Palm nut), Coconut Cutter (for Coconut), etc. is provided.
• Mill is suitable for extraction of Edible / Non-Edible Oil.
• From 100 Kgs. of good quality oil seeds, approximately the following quantity of oil can be extracted:
• Groundnut Kernels and Sesame - 45 Kgs.
• Sunflower - 35 Kgs.
• Mustard and Rap seed - 36 Kgs.
• Castor seed - 40 Kgs.
• Cotton Seed - 16 Kgs.
• Soya Seed - 15 Kgs.
• Corn Germ - 43 Kgs.
• From 100 Kgs. of Coconut (Dried) - 63 Kgs. of Oil can be extracted.
• Available in 4, 8, and 15 Ton Crushing Capacity per 24 hours.

Decorticator	Boiler

Function:

• The Decorticator shells the groundnut (or separates the sunflower seeds)
• The husk from the Decorticator and other waste wood is used to fuel the Boiler that produces the steam required for the cooking kettle.
• The Kernels or Oil Seeds from the Decorticator are cooked in the Steam Kettle.
• The Expeller crushes the cooked Oil Seeds and produces Oil and Cake.
• Filter Pump supplies the extracted oil to the filter press.
• Filter Press filters the oil to make it edible / usable.
