Tapping - Threading Machines
- Machines are gear driven and the speeds can be changed by pulley
- They are suitable for inside as well as outside threading with taps & round split dies respectively
- In the Vertical model machine, the spindle of machine travels automatically with the help of a suitable lead screw (as per the threading job). The travel of the spindle can be reversed and stopped with the help of limit switches provided
- All the gears and shafts are tempered and ground and the pillar shafts are hard chromed
- In the Horizontal model machines, the tailstock moves with gunmetal bushes on Hard Chromed Shafts
- In the Horizontal model machines, the threading can be controlled to the desired position and reversed by a built-in stopper (in model Horizontal TR-20/25) and by limit switches control stopper (in model Horizontal TR-20/40)
