- Cutting capacity of Shears mentioned above are for prime quality Mild Steel Plates, Flats, Rounds, Squares and Sections
- Hard material having more carbon content may reduce cutting capacity and damage blades
- Spares, if required, can be supplied at additional cost
- In ratchet type shearing and rod cutting machines, the cut is made on number of strokes
- In the rod cutting machine, the cut cannot be smooth and clean, as it is made by cropping process
